Utilizing Purposeful Stress to Fight Stress 

We provide a unique space to explore your highest potential and rewire your brain to deal with daily stressors in a more enlightened, abundant way. As a tribe of like minded people, together we go through uncomfortable physical and mental experiences to develop fortitude, mental clarity, and spiritual expression.

Our experiences are equally hard, restorative, and fun.

We adventure in nature, revel in the cold, and purposefully and mindfully experience stress. We've created a balanced approach to stress management and wellness by utilizing purposeful stressors with therapeutic release. Finding renewal by mindfully utilizing the hierarchy of human needs; Nature, Movement, Diet, Stress, Spirit, and Community. 

Encompassing the practices we utilize daily; cold immersion, physical exertion at an uncomfortable level, fasting, breath work,

hot yoga/movement, grounding, sunlight exposure, and fueling for a more vibrant, balanced mind, body, and spirit.

CONTRAST WINTER EXPERIENCES
 

WINTER ADVENTURES


Our winter adventure series is heavily focused on contrast therapy: cold and hot, hard and restorative,  fasting and feasting.  We find renewal and clarity in the the cold, focusing our energy in to our bodies and strengthening the mind. We will get out of our comfort zones in the cold water, in the cold air, get our adrenaline going, amp up our parasympathetic nervous systems, and then settle into restorative wellness interventions with yoga, breath work, and hot springs. We fast up to 16 hours and then feast together with farm to table ingredients prepared lovingly by incredible chefs.  We have curated an adventure driven wellness weekend for our friends to experience the power of Nature, Cold, Breath, Movement, Meditation, and Community. We are excited to share in nature, in this healing space, and get uncomfortable together!

WHAT WE DO

NATURE: 

The majority of our time together is spent in nature. Broadly encompassing: cold river plunges, hot springs, grounding, sunlight viewing, grounding, eating local foods, and various plant medicines. 

MOVEMENT

Movement, exercise is imperative to our mental health our hormonal health, and ultimately, the outcome of our life. We move together in nature hiking, skiing, yoga flows,  stretching, dancing, and playful rest. Each experience series will offer something different: Crossfit functional movement instruction, back country skiing, riving kayaking, rock/ice climbing, alpine swimming, mountaineering, exposure movement, and hot yoga. 

STRESS

We put our bodies under purposeful stress with cold immersion in water and air, hot saunas, hot yoga, fasting, long uphill hikes, physical activity beyond most peoples comfort threshold, and extensive breath work.

 

 

SPIRIT

Meditation, breathwork, yoga, music, and sound therapies are proven to enhance neuroplasticity, your brain's rewiring of how it perceives stressful situations and are powerful practices we feel are imperative to incorporate into our experiences. Each day we start by sharing our intentions and warming up with heart opening Cacao.

DIET

Delicious, farm to table curated dishes by our talented chefs fuel your practice and provide energy and recovery for your next adventures.

Craft Cocktails, Mocktails, Teas, Coffees, Cacao, and Juices by Amrita Beverages utilizing local foraged ingredients. Fireside dinners offer a great space to come together as a community and enjoy each others company, share stories and encourage one another. 

COMMUNITY

We are a tribe of likeminded people on adventures in nature doing uncomfortable things in a mindful and ceremonial way. Taking our practices to the next level or trying something new. We spend a lot of time sharing our intentions, our fears, our gratitude, our encouragement, and our company with each other creating a community all our own for the weekend.
